Who processes your data?

  1. Why do we process your personal data?

  1. The main reason we process your personal data is to enable you to use our services and to be able to ensure and constantly increase the security of our services and thus your data.
  2. We further process your data in order to:
    • providing our debt relief services
    • improving the quality of our services
    • sending commercial messages
    • answering your questions

Who will have access to your data?

  1. Third parties that may have access to your personal data are:
    • non-banking companies
    • bankers
    • lawyer
    • accounting and tax consultants
    • the persons to whom we provide data for the purpose of analyzing traffic to our websites;
    • persons who provide us with sufficient security and integrity of our services and websites and also regularly test this security;

Under certain, precisely defined conditions, we are obliged to transfer some of your personal data on the basis of valid legal regulations, e.g. The Police of the Czech Republic, or other bodies active in criminal proceedings, including specialized units (ÚOOZ, Customs Administration, etc.) and other public administration bodies.

What are cookies and what types of cookies do we use?

Cookies are small data files, thanks to which the visited websites remember the actions and settings of individual users who performed them on them, so that these data do not have to be entered repeatedly. Cookies are stored on individual computers using a web browser. Cookies do not pose a danger, they do not serve to obtain any sensitive personal data, but they are important for the protection of privacy. We do not use cookies to identify users of the website or to misuse login details.

How long do we process your data?

  1. We will process your data for the entire time when a contract is concluded with you, eg.: for the duration of your consent, unless your consent to the processing of personal data is revoked by you.
  2. Here, however, we would like to inform you that the personal data that are necessary for the proper provision of the service, respectively in order to fulfill all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from generally binding legal regulations, we must process the consent regardless of your consent for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations or in accordance with them, even after any revocation of your consent.

Can we process your personal data without your consent?

  1. Yes, we may process your personal data without your consent, but only for the purpose of providing a service or fulfilling legal obligations that arise for us from generally binding legal regulations or processing that is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests.
  2. The possibility and legality of such processing follows directly from the valid legal regulations and your consent to such processing is not required.

On what basis can we process your personal data?

  1. As already mentioned, we may process your personal data on the basis of your consent, but also, for example, on the basis of our legitimate interest, to the extent of personal data that are necessary for such fulfillment. Last but not least, the reason is that we allow us to process your personal data without your consent to fulfill our obligations under the law. For what specific purposes we perform individual processing of your personal data, we state above.

How are my personal information secured?

  1. All personal information you provide to us is secured by standard procedures and technologies. However, it is not objectively possible to completely guarantee the security of your personal data. Therefore, it is not even possible to 100% ensure that the personal data provided cannot be accessed, copied, published, altered or destroyed by a third party by breaking our security measures.
  2. In this context, however, we assure you that we regularly check the system for vulnerabilities and have not been attacked and use security measures to prevent, if possible, unauthorized access to your personal data and which, given the current state of technology, provide sufficient security. The security measures taken are then regularly updated.

How and when can you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data?

  1. You can revoke your voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge by sending an e-mail message to the address: info@mancredit.cz. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the possibility to continue processing your personal data on the basis of your consent, which was given before its revocation. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that we process on a legal basis other than consent.

Am I required to provide my personal information? What if I do not provide personal information?

  1. You provide your personal data to us voluntarily in order to use our services. If you do not provide personal data to the extent necessary to provide our services, you will not be allowed to make full use of our services.

What rights do you have in relation to the protection of personal data?

  1. In particular, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
    • the right to withdraw its consent at any time;
    • the right to correct or supplement personal data;
    • the right to request processing restrictions;
    • the right to object or complain about processing in certain cases;
    • the right to request the transfer of data;
    • the right of access to personal data;
    • the right to be informed of personal data breaches in certain cases;
    • the right to delete personal data (right to be “forgotten”) in certain cases; and
    • other rights stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Act and in the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection no. 2016/679 after its entry into force.

What does it mean that you have the right to object?

  1. If you no longer like the fact that you receive from us from time to time a business message or other information about news, you have the opportunity to object to the further processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you do so, we will no longer process your data for this purpose and we will no longer send you other commercial messages and newsletters.
